GRAPE VARIETY: Freisa 100 %
After careful over-ripening, the grapes reach the cellar very quickly after harvesting.
The vinification, accompanied by a maceration on the skins of about a week, is followed by a 12-month refinement in 600-liter French oak barrels that allows the wine to reach a particular maturation thanks to the formation of tertiary aromas that enhance its qualities.
Subsequently, the wine continues to refine for about 6 months in the bottle.
Deep ruby red in color with slight purple reflections, it has an intense aroma with evident hints of ripe fruit.
The flavor has a note of ripe red fruits with a finish of soft tannins.
It is a good companion for structured dishes of meat, game, cheeses and blue cheeses.
